GDPR & Bulgarian law Version 1.0 Effective 21 July 2026

Summary. This Privacy Policy explains how DYNAMIC EXPERTS LTD EOOD (“Dynamic Experts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request or evaluate our DEX Pro products (including through Microsoft AppSource), or become our customer or supplier. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law.

Important - your Dynamics 365 data. Our DEX Pro software runs inside your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse environment. Personal data processed by the software within that environment remains under your control - you are the data controller for it, and we do not routinely access it. This Policy covers the personal data that we collect and control as a business (for example website, marketing, sales and support data), not the data you process inside your own environment.

02Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal data we collect from and about: visitors to our website; individuals who contact us or request information, a demo or a quote (including leads we receive through the Microsoft commercial marketplace); representatives of our customers, prospects, partners and suppliers; and recipients of our support and communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to, or to data you process within your own Microsoft environment using our software.

03Personal data we collect

Category Examples
Contact and identity data Name, business email, telephone number, job title, company name and country.
Enquiry and lead data The details you provide when you contact us or express interest in a product, including leads forwarded to us by Microsoft AppSource when you select “Contact me” on an offer.
Customer and transaction data Order, license, billing and support records for customers and their authorized users.
Support data Correspondence, tickets and the information you share with us when you request support.
Website and technical data IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies and analytics (see clause 10).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health, ethnicity or political opinions), and we ask that you do not send such data to us.

04How we use your data and our legal bases

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the GDPR:

  • To respond to enquiries and provide demos, quotes and information - on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • To provide, license and support our products and manage the customer relationship - on the basis of performing our contract with you or your organization.
  • To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications - on the basis of your consent where required, or our legitimate interest in promoting our products to business contacts. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website - on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe and effective website.
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations - on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation.

05Data processed inside your environment

When you use DEX Pro software, it processes data within your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse environment under your control. For that data you are the controller and we are not a routine processor. Where you ask us to access your environment to provide support, we act on your instructions and only for as long as needed, and we will enter into a separate data-processing agreement with you if one is required.

06How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

  • Microsoft. Where you interact with our offers on the Microsoft commercial marketplace, Microsoft processes your data under its own terms and may share lead information with us as the publisher.
  • Service providers. Trusted providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, email, analytics, accounting and CRM), acting as our processors under contract.
  • Professional advisers and authorities. Lawyers, accountants, and public authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business transfers. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

07International transfers

We are based in Bulgaria (EU). Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

08How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiry and lead data is kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward; customer, billing and tax records are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian law (generally up to ten years for accounting records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

09Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and limiting access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.

10Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working; optional analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. Where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies and you can manage your preferences in your browser or our cookie settings. You can withdraw consent at any time.

11Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at g.georgiev@dynamicexpertsltd.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12Children

Our website and products are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
